July Camp

Summer Camp 2026 (June-July)

Creative Architecture Adventures

Week June& July 1 to 5

Week 0
Ultimate Playground Designers

What makes a playground AMAZING? Let’s design one!

This week, campers become playground architects. They’ll explore ramps, climbing walls, slides, bridges, tunnels, and obstacle courses while learning how architects design spaces for movement, fun, and safety.

Kids will sketch ideas, build models, and design their own dream playgrounds—thinking about who will use them and how to make them inclusive for everyone. Should it have secret tunnels? A rope tower? A treehouse platform?

Through hands-on building and teamwork, children learn about balance, structure, and human scale—all while creating playful designs full of imagination. This week is active, creative, and packed with energy—perfect for kids who love to move and invent!

Week 1
Time-Travel Architects: Buildings Around the World

Pack your imagination—we’re traveling around the world!

In this exciting global adventure, campers explore castles, temples, pyramids, towers, and traditional homes from different countries and time periods. Why are some houses flat-roofed? Why do others have steep roofs? How does climate change architecture?

Kids will learn how culture, weather, materials, and traditions shape the buildings people live in. Then, they’ll design and build their own globally inspired structures using art, storytelling, and hands-on model-making.

This week builds cultural awareness, creativity, and curiosity while encouraging kids to think like real architects. It’s a journey through history, geography, and design—all in one exciting studio!

Week 2
Disaster Defenders: Build for Earthquakes, Floods & Storms

What if YOU could design a building strong enough to survive an earthquake? Or a house that floats during a flood? This exciting week turns kids into real-life problem-solving architects!
Campers will explore how buildings stay safe during earthquakes, heavy winds, and big storms. Through fun experiments—like mini “shake tests,” wind challenges, and water testing—students will discover how strong shapes, smart foundations, and clever design can protect people.
Kids will design and build their own disaster-resistant houses using creative materials, teamwork, and imagination. They’ll test their models, improve them, and learn how architects help communities stay safe around the world.
This week builds confidence, engineering thinking, and resilience—all while having tons of hands-on fun. It’s perfect for curious minds who love building, experimenting, and solving big challenges!

Week 3
Secret Cities & Hidden Worlds

Shhh… There’s a hidden city waiting to be discovered!
This imaginative week explores underground tunnels, treehouse villages, hidden rooms, secret passages, and mysterious worlds. Campers will design layered cities with multiple levels, concealed doors, and exciting pathways.
Kids will learn how architects use sections (cut-through drawings), levels, and circulation paths to organize space. They’ll build cities that reveal surprises as you explore them!
This week encourages storytelling, creativity, and advanced spatial thinking in a super fun way. Perfect for kids who love adventure, mystery, and magical worlds.

Week 4
Interior Design Lab.

Interior Design program invites kids to become creative designers who shape the spaces we live, learn, and play in. Students explore how colors can change mood—calm blues, energetic yellows, cozy neutrals—and learn how to mix and match materials like wood, fabric, glass, and textures to create unique environments. Through fun, hands-on projects, they design and build their own miniature houses, rooms, or even shops, thinking carefully about layout, lighting, furniture, and small details that make a space feel special. Along the way, they discover how interior design is not just about decoration, but about creating spaces that are functional, comfortable, and full of personality.

Week 5
Nature-Inspired Architects: Learning from Biomimicry

Did you know buildings can learn from trees, shells, and honeycombs?

This week, campers discover how architects copy nature’s genius. Why are honeycombs so strong? How do leaves stay cool? How do animals build shelters?

Kids will explore patterns, shapes, and natural systems, then design buildings inspired by plants and animals. They’ll create models based on spirals, hexagons, curves, and organic forms.

This week blends science, creativity, and art while helping children see nature as a powerful teacher. It’s perfect for curious minds who love both the outdoors and design.
