Haunted House Design

Halloween Architecture

Celebrate Halloween with a spooky and creative Haunted House Design & Build Workshop! Children ages 5–12 begin with a mysterious Halloween story that inspires them to imagine and sketch their very own haunted house, exploring its shape, rooms, windows, doors, secret spaces, and spooky architectural details. They then bring their ideas to life by designing and building a 3D cardboard model, adding spider webs, skeletons, ghosts, pumpkins, bats, spooky trees, miniature characters, lights, and their own imaginative details. Through storytelling, sketching, designing, and hands-on model-making, children develop creativity, spatial thinking, problem-solving, and fine motor skills while creating a one-of-a-kind haunted house to take home.
