Clear Guidelines for a Better Experience

A $50 cancellation/administration fee applies to all refunds.

Cancellations must be requested at least two weeks before the program start date.

Requests made less than two weeks before the start date will not be eligible for credit or refund.

Credits issued are for the full value of the camp or lessons and can be used by any family member for future programs.

Once issued, credits cannot be converted into refunds.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If cancellation is due to medical or compassionate reasons, a written request must be submitted within 14 days after the program concludes, along with relevant documentation for potential credit consideration.
Please note: We do not issue refunds or credits for missed days due to vacation plans, work changes, or other non-emergency reasons.

At InnoHub, we love capturing the memorable moments of our students’ experiences! Occasionally, professional photographers or our teachers take photos during activities. At the start of each class or camp, parents will be given a Photography Permission Form to sign.
With permission, your child may appear on our website or promotional materials!

The safety and well-being of children is our top priority. InnoHub is committed to maintaining a secure and nurturing environment. As a childcare provider, we are legally obligated to report any suspected cases of physical or mental harm to the appropriate authorities.

We believe that children learn best in a positive and respectful environment. Our teaching approach fosters creativity, teamwork, and self-expression while ensuring that all participants feel safe and valued.

To maintain this atmosphere, we have zero tolerance for:

  • Aggressive or threatening behavior
  • Discrimination of any kind
  • Harmful language or actions

In severe cases—such as deliberate harm, possession of weapons, vandalism, or other misconduct—participants may be asked to leave the program without a refund.

Unacceptable Conduct Includes:
  • Endangering the safety of others
  • Physical or verbal abuse
  • Use of offensive language
  • Theft or vandalism
  • Sexual harassment
  • Possession of weapons
  • Use of illegal substances

Food Safety Guidelines (Nut-Free Policy)

For the safety of all children, all snacks and lunches must be nut-free. If a child brings a nut-containing item, it cannotbe opened or consumed. Opened items will be discarded, and the child will be asked to wash their hands immediately.

Additional guidelines:

  • During off-site activities, students and staff cannot buy or pick food items (e.g., berries).
  • Food sharing is not allowed, except between siblings.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)

At InnoHub, we celebrate diversity, inclusion, and equity in everything we do. We embrace individuals from all racial, cultural, religious, political, socioeconomic, gender, age, and ability backgrounds.

Our commitment to EDI is reflected in our policies, training, and learning environment. We continuously evolve to ensure our programs respect and uplift all perspectives.
