Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made at least two weeks before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation/administration fee per registration.
  1. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the program start date are not eligible for a refund, but a full credit will be issued for future use .
  1. Program changes (switching weeks) can be made at any time, subject to availability:
  • More than two weeks before start date: No charge for changes.
  • Less than two weeks before start date: Changes can still be made without any fee, but are subject to availability.
  1. Credit notes are issued for the full value of the program and:
  • Are valid for two years from the date of issue.
  • Can be used by any family member toward any of our programs.
  • Cannot be converted to a refund once issued

Photography Permission Policy

At InnoHub , we treasure the special memories and exciting adventures that happen at our classes and outdoor locations. To capture these memorable moments, we sometimes hire professional photographers or our teachers take photos from each class activities . At the start of each camp or class a member of our team will approach you with a Photography Permission form for your consideration and signature. If you grant permission, your child may have the chance to appear on our website or in promotional materials!

Children protection policy

InnoHub places utmost importance on the safety and welfare of children. We are committed to ensuring that children under our supervision are safeguarded and protected. As a childcare provider, it is our obligation to promptly report any suspected instances of mental or physical harm to the appropriate authorities.

Guidelines for children’s behavior

Our approach to teaching and guiding children is grounded in the belief that they learn best in an environment that fosters positivity, encouragement, and respect. At InnoHub, we prioritize creating a fun, supportive atmosphere where children can thrive.

To maintain the safety and enjoyment of our classes, we expect all participants to demonstrate respectful and non-threatening behavior. We have zero tolerance for any form of aggression, discrimination, or harmful language or actions. In severe cases, such as deliberate harm to others, possession of weapons, property damage, or other serious misconduct, participants may be asked to leave the program.

Unacceptable Conduct

•    Endangering the safety of others.
•    Physical or verbal abuse.
•    Use of offensive language or remarks.
•    Theft or vandalism.
•    Sexual harassment.
•    Possession or use of weapons.
•    Use of illegal substances.

Food Safety Guidelines (Nut-Free)

For the safety of all children, please ensure that all snacks and lunches brought to the class are free from nuts. If a child brings a snack containing nuts, it cannot be consumed or opened. Any such snack that is opened will be discarded, and the child will be directed to wash their hands immediately.

During off-site classes, both children and staff are prohibited from purchasing or picking any food items, such as berries.

Campers are not allowed to share food with each other, except in the case of siblings.

The information provided by customers is solely used to deliver our services and keep them informed about company activities, such as initiatives, programs, services, confirmations, special events, and emergencies. If individuals wish to update or remove their personal information from our databases, they can send a request to info@innohubacademy.ca . By registering for a program with InnoHub, customers are opting in to receive communications regarding their registration and future marketing emails from us. To unsubscribe from marketing communications, customers can simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. Our company website and online database utilize the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt data and ensure security during the online registration process.
